Welcome to Elegance Salon. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, mobile application, and services offered by Elegance Salon ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access our services.
1. Services
Elegance Salon provides hair and beauty services, including but not limited to haircuts, styling, coloring, treatments, spa services, and the sale of beauty products. Our website and mobile application allow you to browse our services, book appointments, purchase products, and manage your account.
2. Account Registration
To access certain features of our services, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
Important: Never share your account credentials with others. Elegance Salon will never ask for your password via email or phone.
3. Booking and Cancellation Policy
When you book an appointment with us, you agree to the following:
Booking Confirmation
Your appointment is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email or notification from us.
Cancellations
We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service price.
No-Shows
If you fail to show up for your appointment without notice, you may be charged the full service price and may be required to pay a deposit for future appointments.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, we may need to reduce the time allocated for your service or reschedule your appointment, depending on availability.
4. Payment Terms
By booking an appointment or purchasing products, you agree to the following payment terms:
- Service Payments: Payment for services is due at the time the service is rendered, unless otherwise specified.
- Deposits: For certain services or during peak times, we may require a deposit to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or fail to show up.
- Product Purchases: Payment for products is due at the time of purchase.
- Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. The prices listed on our website, mobile application, or in our salon are the current prices for services and products.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to use our services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. You may not use our services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our services or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of our services.
Prohibited Activities: Harassment of staff or other clients, damaging salon property, or any behavior that disrupts the salon environment may result in immediate termination of services and potential legal action.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Elegance Salon, its officers, directors, employees, or agents, be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages whatsoever resulting from any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to and use of our services; (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information and/or financial information stored therein; (iv) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services; (v) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like, which may be transmitted to or through our services by any third party; and/or (vi) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via our services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not we are advised of the possibility of such damages.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Elegance Salon is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
